The Courtyard Pittsburgh Shadyside had a fantastic location and a welcoming staff, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I did experience a few mechanical issues in my room that detracted from the overall experience. While the room was clean and the amenities were nice, the pillows were quite uncomfortable for my neck.
